The staff and elected officials of the Town of Estes Park recognize the importance of helping community members learn about local government and how they can take part in shaping their Town's future. The Community Information Academy (CIA) program was developed for this purpose. Those living beyond Town limits are eligible to apply for CIA, however, priority will be given to in-Town residents. There is no cost to participate. Attending CIA is not a prerequisite for election or appointment to a board or commission. However, CIA participants who subsequently served on Town boards and commissions have found it very helpful.
CIA will take place in the spring of 2025, Wednesdays in February and March.
