The Town of Estes Park acknowledges the challenges in the current housing market that have created significant barriers to living in our community. Through a partnership between the Estes Park Housing Authority (EPHA) and Crossroads Ministry, the Workforce Rental Assistance (WFRA) program offers grant-funded support to eligible local renters.
