Transportation
Reliable transportation helps seniors remain active and connected to their community. This section includes local transportation options that support access to appointments, shopping, and community activities.

Volunteer drivers can provide rides to and from appointments within the Estes Park area. On special occasions volunteers may be able to take clients to doctors' appointments in the front range. - The Peak: Free Town Transit Services - estes.org/transit
The Peak operates the Town of Estes Park's free, daily transit service during the peak summer tourism season (late May through late October) and limited weekly service in late fall. Throughout the year, special transit service is also provided for several Town-produced special events.

Access to nutritious meals supports overall health and independence. The services listed here provide meal programs and food resources designed to meet the needs of older adults.

Crossroads Assistance Ministry provides Meals on Wheels - nutritious, single-serving meals to people unable to prepare meals on their own. Assistance
Sometimes a little extra help can make daily life easier and safer. This section includes services that offer support with daily tasks, benefits navigation, caregiving resources, and other essential needs.

Assistance with navigating community resources to support older adults and their families in accessing the support they need. Vouchers are available to help adults aged 60 and better live safely at home and to provide unpaid family caregivers with a well-deserved break. In-home, phone, and virtual appointments are available for personalized, in-depth assistance with accessing services and completing applications for Long-Term Care Medicaid and the Medicaid Savings Program.
