SAFEbuilt
Since 2020, the Town has contracted its building division services through SAFEbuilt. SAFEbuilt uses an online permitting system called Community Core and Community Connect.
COMMUNITY CONNECT is now available for residents and professional contractors. Through this portal, you can:
- obtain all permits
- request inspections
- view inspection results
To register with Community Connect, click HERE to request access to the system. Once you have been added, you will receive an email from CommunityCore-account setup. Click on the link in the email to finish setting up your account. Then you will be ready to go! (if you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder, too)
Professional contractors must be licensed through the Town of Estes Park and should register as a "Contractor"
Residents applying for a permit should register as a "Community Member".
