Miscellaneous Permits (Non-Structural, generally no Plan Review required)

- Gas Line
- Fire Place Insert
- Radon Mitigation Systems
- Mechanical (Boilers, Hot Water Heaters, Furnace, AC, Minor Plumbing)
- Windows & Doors, Change of Use (example: convert garage to bedroom)
