Estes Park parking structure

Park & Ride/Park & Walk

The Town's free parking structure located near the intersection of US Hwy 34 and US Hwy 36 (691 North St. Vrain Ave.) offers a stress-free downtown parking alternative. Those who are able to journey a bit on foot will enjoy a few "pocket park" diversions, the pedestrian bridge across the Big Thompson River, and the decorated and lighted tunnel under US 36 that leads to the beautiful downtown Riverwalk--all in under 10 minutes!

The parking structure offers 415 parking spaces on four levels, including accessible spaces and electric vehicle charging stations. During the busiest times, visitors will find overflow free parking at the nearby Estes Park Events Complex (1125 Manford Ave.).

Join the 2024 Park-n-Walk Challenge

The Town is excited to offer the Park-n-Walk Challenge again this summer! Registration for the 2024 program is requested for new and past participants.

Each month from June through October, the Town’s parking program monitors use of the parking structure and randomly draws a Park-n-Walk Challenge winner from registered license plates. Given the continued construction in and around downtown this summer, the Town strives to offer a rewarding monthly prize pack that encourages parking and walking during these busiest months. Winners can expect prizes from a wide variety of local businesses—car washes, movie tickets, restaurant and activity gift cards, cash, and more!
