Facilities

As part of the Internal Services Department, the Facilities Division acts as property manager to all publicly owned buildings and property, and responds to internal and external requests for maintenance. Facilities maintains all documents for contracted services and generates contracts for annual maintenance including janitorial services, downtown trash and recycling, and required preventative maintenance. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor oversees the efficient operation of all systems related to proper building function and is the designated ADA Coordinator for the Town of Estes Park.
