Facilities Master Plan

The Facilities Master Plan provides guidance to inform the Town's decisions on the immediate, short-term, and long-term needs for its facilities. It serves as a "road map" for the future development and operation of Town facilities. It identifies the building features and space needs to aid in strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, and management of major building renovation and capital construction projects;

The master planning process began in 2019. Community members, partner organizations, Town officials and staff provided valuable feedback on their varied interactions with Town facilities, including the role facilities have in the "customer" experience and how the Town could improve in the future. The Master Planning process concluded in 2022. The Master Plan document was then presented and accepted by the Town Board.
