    • Additions
    • New Construction
  2. Commercial Building Permits (if structural work, a plan review is required)
    • Remodels
    • Additions
    • New Construction
  3. Miscellaneous Permits (Non-Structural, generally no plan review required)
    • Demolition
    • Gas Line
    • Fire Place Insert
    • Radon Mitigation Systems
    • Mechanical (Boilers, Hot Water Heaters, Furnace, AC, Minor Plumbing)
    • Windows & Doors, Change of Use (example: convert garage to bedroom)

All electrical permits are issued and inspected through the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). More information about electrical permits is available on the DORA website.
