Current Initiatives

In 2016, the Estes Park in Bloom committee launched a program to recognize local businesses who put an emphasis on beautifully maintained landscapes, floral displays and a tidy store front. In 2018, the program expanded to include Neighborhood Bright Spots, honoring residents' efforts at their homes. The Committee is excited to announce the expansion of these popular programs to recognize community efforts beyond just landscaping. Estes Bright Spot will honor organizations, private residents and businesses for environmental efforts and heritage programs, arts and culture, as well as beautifully maintained landscapes and floral displays. The committee expects to present awards throughout the year.

The Estes Park in Bloom committee is comprised of representatives from local businesses, the Estes Valley Recreation and Park District, Estes Valley Partners for Commerce, YMCA of the Rockies, Visit Estes Park and the Town of Estes Park.
