The Town of Estes Park Water Division is working to include several properties into the Northern Water District and Sub-District boundaries. Property owners may receive a letter requesting cooperation with the inclusion process.
In order to be included within the boundaries, owners must submit a petition requesting that their property be included.
All parties whose names appear on the Deed must sign the petition.
If the property is in an LLC or Trust, a copy of the Statement of Trust or Authority showing who has signing power will also need to be provided in order to ensure that the correct representative is signing on behalf of the LLC or Trust.
The petition must be signed in the presence of a notary.
The Water Division will submit the petitions for owners and assume responsibility for all associated processing fees once the owners have signed the petition.
