The new water fill station, located at 375 Community Drive is open. This station accepts credit/debit card or a prepaid account. To set up an account please follow the instructions below:
- Go to Portapay.com
- Click "Create New Account" and use PAL8813 as your location number.
- Once you enter and submit your information, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Click the link emailed to you to confirm your email address.
- Login to Portapay.com and make a payment on the "Manage Funds" page.
- Use the access number and PIN found on the "Access Numbers" page to login at the station and draw water.
- The cost is $10 per 1,000 gallons.
To use a credit/debit card: follow the prompts on the station's keypad, swipe your credit card, select the fill type you would like to use and start filling.

The water fill station located on Fourth Street is permanently closed.
The account used at the fill station on Fourth Street will not transfer over to the fill station on Community Drive, you will have to set up a new account by following the instructions above. All accounts at this station with funds remaining in the account will be paid back by check to the account holder.
